We do, and unprecedented is a word that has cropped up several times in the inquest, not least in that that night in the early hours of uh a July morning where we sat in the High Court, but we have reached a verdict. We have got the findings of the inquest and when we do have those before the court and before the public. And uh as we say at the start, the one of the top lines from this is that the Department for Infrastructure aired, so they made errors in their management of the culvert. in which Noah was found dead. In terms of the facts of death, the jury did confirm Noah's name, the name of the deceased, the date of birth, all those details. They confirmed the time of death as as accurately as as they could, and then they said that was between
7 p.m. and midnight on the night that he disappeared, that was the twenty first of June 2020. Now, in terms of those questions about what contributed to his death, they said it was not probable that any feeling on behalf of the department or any feeling on behalf of the police contributed to his death. They did say it was possible that some some feelings on behalf of the Department for Infrastructure regarding the access to the culvert in net itself so that's things like signage and fencing and access to that covert.
