So that's put it in numbers.
28 company failures were recorded in the sector in the first half down from 81 last year.
And if we look at Deloitte and Deloitte has actually provided some commentary around this.
It said the hospitality sector has continued to experience a drop in insolvencies, down 14% compared to this time last year.
And again, put some numbers on that.
And this year, in Q2 year to date, they're saying there are 57 insolvencies in the hospitality sector.
Compare that with last year, it was 66, and the year before that was 77.
So it's actually a bit of a trend over a couple of years.
And they're saying that Deloitte has previously noted that the VAT rate cut measure is unlikely to positively impact the hospitality sector as it continues to face difficulty attracting and retaining staff.
So they're saying that it's actually the high cost of labour and the price of energy and those kind of issues and staff retention.
That's the real problem for the hospitality sector, not the VAT rate.

Barry Rountree, you're an economist and you're not a fan of this policy measure by the government.
Tell us why.
So you're saying 11 new companies being formed in the hospitality sector for every one that closes?
Adrian, Barra is saying there that the industry is putting on the poor mouth.
And what about that point as well, that other businesses, other SMEs and other sectors are struggling in the same way that hospitality businesses are?
Well, it is going to cost 681 million, we're told, on a full year basis.
Now, we still need to see the precise sums on that and see how it plays out.
