On this particular Sunday, I was finishing on the Tuesdays.
It was the Sunday.
Something taught me to come downstairs, you know, go down, go down and go for a walk.
I went out the back and I bumped into this guy.
And I believe, you know, I first felt God.
I believe this was divine intervention.
This guy, he said, how are you getting on?
And I said, I'm okay.
He was just bringing people down who don't drive to visit someone, you know.
He was put there.
And he said, how are you getting on?
And I said, I'm petrified.
I'm leaving on Tuesday.
I never wanted to leave Tabor Lodge.
I would have stayed down there forever.
I was away from reality.
I was away from chaos.
At the end of my drinking and drug using, I couldn't even defend myself.
I put myself down for people.
