Going to multiple locations at your site can tell you landlords aren't signing two-year leases.
It's not going to happen.
They're signing five, ten or more.
So everyone goes in with the idea that they're going to be around for a while.
And you look at some of the brands that have been around some 100 years or more.
But I think that the good news is there's so many companies.
New brands more than probably any time in my career.
You're just seeing so many.
I mean, it's just it's so exciting because there's so many.
And now, you know, they're going to social media and you're seeing, you know, all the different, you know, the different brands are starting to really break into different.
Sure.
So seeing a lot of overseas companies that have been.
successful in many, you know, for many years in their country and now coming to the U.S., you're seeing a lot of this.
