I believe so.

Well, no, and the problem is we have a number of people who, okay, they can't afford housing, so you have some families then looking to apartments, but unfortunately a number of the apartments that are being built, and it seems like the majority are higher rent.

It's still not affordable.

So we haven't reached that goal of it being affordable housing.

yeah and i think i i read 30 percent of our housing across kansas is over 60 years old so you know in those situations we're talking about dwellings that you know need some attention and need some repair um so that's an impact overall too

of course yes i actually tried to get it you know my thought was i wanted to get it all earlier um but we ended up doing what was it a three-year phase three-year phase

um so we got there you know my concern is

If there are projected revenue shortfalls, are my peers across the aisle going to look at wanting to do something with that again?

And a lot of people very concerned about this in Johnson County, as well as Wyandotte County.

I was there last night.

listening to a presentation about redistricting.

And obviously Wyandotte County had some major changes with the last time this was done.

There was a court case about it.

And you know,

let's just put it out there.

This is a scheme that is, I'm not going to say a proposal, it's a scheme that is aimed to dilute the votes of hundreds of thousands of Kansans.
