So thank you for being here, first of all, for sitting down across from me.

So we are going to talk about the loss of your niece, Lucy.

So Lucy was much more than a niece to you.

I know you were extremely close.

So could you maybe tell me about Lucy and maybe, you know, your relationship?

Yeah, so Lucy was nine years younger than me.

So, yeah, there was, I suppose, I thought it was a small age gap.

I was probably so old to her, like she probably, I thought I was a cool auntie, but I don't know if I actually was.

But I was eight whenever I was told I was going to be an auntie.

And I felt like the coolest kid in the world because I was the only person that I knew that was going to have a niece or nephew at that age.

And two days before my ninth birthday, Lucy arrived on September 25th.

And I suppose when Lucy was born, like I was a kind of I was a slightly older child and she was a baby.

But as as time went on.

You know, then I suppose then I was a teenager and she was a child.

But then we kind of moved into the adult stage.

And, you know, we were both adults together in recent years.

And we were always really, really close.

I mean, I was so proud to be an auntie and I was so proud to have her.

And everybody that knew me knew Lucy.

I remember my friend Colin saying that.
