Okay, so prompt number one, know your triggers because once you know your triggers, you can prepare for them emotionally and logistically. There's something about removing the element of surprise that just helps contain the emotional fallout, right? If you can predict, yeah, I'm probably going to feel a little bit freaked out and it happens, it's not going to freak you out even more.

No one buys a course after I send out an email trying to sell it. people unsubscribe from my paid subscription, or just randomly at night, I wake up fully in terror that I cannot afford to give my kids what I think they deserve. They don't tell the true story of what actually is happening here. You've got to take a big step back and look holistically at what's going on. So instead of saying, oh my gosh, somebody unsubscribed, I can't make rent. How about we look at the data in the aggregate? So in a given week, a month, a quarter, six months to a year, are we on track to reach our goals?
