Death is such an important part of life and something we can't avoid and and yet often we do, don't we?

So the idea for this came from a health journey you've been on yourself.

What were the symptoms you were experiencing before you got your diagnosis?

And would you have been on many roller coasters?

Are you an adrenaline junkie?

Wow, and that could have been part of it, but you'll never know.

And when you say in the Pilates class you would black out, do you mean full on faint?

Okay, how did you get your h I mean, excuse the pun, but how did you get your head around this this diagnosis? 'Cause it's quite rare.

Because sitting down obviously must have been an issue.
