And my dad was a brilliant storyteller.
And I always w meant to sit down and get them from him and put them all in a book and kind of call it Irish life.

Um I did it with his sister um was a nun and you know he'd lots of stories about going to visit her in the
i in in the convent and bringing his parents and we we put that together and gave it out to his siblings and that was really lovely and we meant to get to the other one but then he got dementia and the stories got lost in a way and and we're we can all have that.
Even I looked at my kids' baby books.
I I I unearthed them when we moved house and you know, you swear you'll remember all the stories of how you felt or the little words they used and you don't.
Life moves on as it should.
Sure.
Yeah.
But this is a great way to just record moments so that people are almost immortalized in memory forever.

What are some of the things that should be done to to help at that time?
It is and you know, there's a group of lads in my local community and one of their friends died and he urged them all to have uh I I I don't know whether he called it a red box or a black box um sounds more ominous, but however, a box that has all the information in it for if they die.
So where are the bank accounts, what are the passwords, what you know, that it's all there.
And unfortunately it is the only thing apart from taxes they say that is guaranteed.
It's coming to all of us.
So why in online lean into the uncomfortable?
And I think that's important in all areas of life.
