And so how do we work together to help people to understand the importance of the choices that they make?
So those are just things I want to throw out there.

Thank you for that clarification.
I am so excited and happy that we had this conversation.
I think that for me, Dean Finnegan, you said some things that I like, yeah.
it's what I've been thinking, it's what I've been feeling, it's what I've been experiencing.
I mean, I think the whole idea about we have to work together, even in this time of transition and turmoil, you know what I mean?
And we have to figure out what our role is and what role do we want to play?

You know, I always say when I go to a organization, I say, what can you do?
They say, oh, we can do everything.
You know, it's really unfortunate you got to talk to people like that, but you can't do everything.
What do you self-identify as important so that I know that I can depend on you and trust on you in order to be able to handle that, which we're asking you to do?
And I think we're at that place right now where we can do that.
We can forget that kumbaya kind of stuff.
We got to get down to brass tech.
We got to get down to the rubber hit the road.
I mean, it's like, this is not a joke.
