Yeah, monthly, at the start of every month, yeah.
No, it depends as well on the month and different parts of the country as well.
We don't take closure orders lightly.
Obviously, there's two different types of closure orders.
The one that you see most often is the one where it's rats or cockroaches.
In that case, the premises needs to be shut down immediately because there's grave and immediate danger.
And the other type of closure order is when the business consistently fails to comply.
And we've tried to work with them.
We've sent them letters.
We've done our inspections and they're still not complying.
And then in that case, we do have to close.
No, it's a lot of work for me.
Of course.
Well, it's still...
I suppose contamination, you know, if there's cross-contamination issues within the premises, if staff are not implementing their food safety training or hygiene, so they're not washing their hands, and it's very, very obvious, if the place is in a very unhygienic condition or if they're selling expired food products, if they're not showing their allergen information, providing it to the consumers.
So if that's continuous...
and we're noting it every time we go back, we have to serve an enforcement.
Again, it depends on the premises, the type of food they're serving and the risk category and if they have a history of non-compliance.
Most places will get inspected once a year and then you'd go back to do a follow-up and then if we get any complaints about the premises, we go out again as well.
Yeah, we give a timeframe.
