Yeah, generally allergens is still a big one.
You know, the legislation has been in place for over 10 years now and we're still going into businesses and not seeing allergen information there or the allergen information is inaccurate.
So we would do spot checks to make sure that the allergen information that they have on their menus works.

And it's unfortunate that sometimes we find that they're inaccurate.

Now, look, most food premises, they really want to comply.
So this is only a small number as well.
You have to remember there are a lot of businesses that really, really find, you know, they want to...
comply and they want to make sure that their business is completely up to scratch and you know they want to serve good food it's important to them it's important to their customers but there are a small number that unfortunately we do have to continue to go back to and in that case we do take enforcement action it's not always closure orders either there's other sort of enforcements where it's basically a warning and if they don't comply with that we might take them to court as well there's different options for us
Yeah, I mean, sometimes we are met with aggression.
People are not happy.
Some people are very upset, naturally.
But we've been trained in certain de-escalation techniques to kind of tone it down a little bit.
