We have to go back a lot more frequently if there's cockroaches in our premises due to the life cycle of it.
It's similar to rats where they just carry diseases.
And then because they're walking across equipment, then they spread the disease and then it gets into your food and then you consume it.

Not as difficult as cockroaches, but look, where I'm based in Dublin city centre, there's rats, you know, there's rats by the Liffey, there's rubbish on the streets.
So they are attracted to the city centre, obviously.
The main thing is for food businesses, just to make sure they don't get into your premises.
There's old buildings and I understand that, you know, food business operators are under an awful lot of pressure, but it's really important that they seal up every gap and hole that they see.
Because they can get in through a very, very small space.
And once they get in, it's difficult to identify where they are, how they got in and to get rid of them.
Yes, absolutely.
Yeah, so they would put poison down or usually it's just bait and then they'll be able to identify if the bait's been taken that they have a problem and then they put actual poison down if they've identified there actually are rats on the premises.

traps down so it just makes it catches the rat basically yeah in the trap okay so if you're going out for a meal yes
