Even gotten to, at least at this point, I haven't even gotten to some of that last-minute action that Sherman was talking about.

Um, switching now to the uh to the series, which is not really that much of a switch because it's still about the legislature and it's still about how it runs.
Give us an understanding, Sherman, a little bit about um.
What are we kind of covering on some of these days?
What are some of the big subjects that we're looking at?
all it takes is a majority vote, correct?
Um and I think it's important to note here with impugning motives that you know the that the way in which Sherman and I, or Sherman and
His wife or me and my husband or you know.
The way any two random people discuss politics in the real world is not the way that politics are discussed in the legislature, and especially not in like a formal proceeding or the of the House or the Senate.
And, you know, what you normally say about somebody, which is, oh my gosh, this person's a jerk who's inter doing this.
Jerky thing, that's not acceptable.
And you know, honestly, even in these cases that we're writing about, very seldom do lawmakers even go remotely that far.
Oftentimes what they do is they're talking about the effects that a bill will have and say that the bill is perhaps motivated by animus or prejudice of some sort, and lawmakers then make the jump to
say, oh, that's impugning that's imputing my character.
That's saying I'm a bad person, to say that the bill i you know is motivated by these things.
Yeah.
But it's frankly difficult to have an honest conversation sometimes without doing that.
