and that the remedy, it has to be treated as a civil matter, not a criminal procedure matter.
So he has ordered mediation.
Now, what is that about?
Let me tell you what this is about.
These people are desperate to keep us from looking at the ballots from 2020.
They have fought this tooth and nail for five years, more than five years.
We've had all the different ways that we've tried to get them.
This is at least the fourth judicial proceeding, the fourth separate case where we are trying to get the ballots.
Why does that matter?
Well, number one,
As I think I've said on the show before, on October 16th, Fulton County ordered October 16th of 2020, three weeks before the election, after the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot, by the way, under Georgia law, Fulton County ordered 1.6 million absentee ballots from their vendor, Runbeck, and they ordered those without envelopes.
Hmm, you cannot use an absentee ballot unless it's folded and put into an envelope.
And one of the things that we had observers saying and was part of our election contest in 2020 is that here are all these pristine ballots that have never been folded.
They cannot possibly be real ballots.
Now then, the petitioners, the county is coming in and they brought in some expert who was paid out of Zuckerbucks, I might add.
He's from a left-wing group and they have focused completely on these ballots.
Why it doesn't matter that they've never been folded?
That doesn't mean anything.
Yes, it does.
And we just want to make sure that we have those, that we are able to look at them, but they are desperate to get them back.
