There are some cases literally out of California.
I think one of the first places to start would be challenging
the jungle primary because of the fact that there is a body of case law where parties get to set the rules and require people to be members of their parties in order to be on the ballot.
This is not an easy lift.
And the problem is,
Is there enough actual fraud paying people to vote, paying people to register?
That is a violation of both state and federal law.
The problem, according to John Eastman, is that the courts in California, the state courts, are as corrupt and far left-wing as you can imagine.
So I think the only solution is going to be congressional action and the Department of Justice going in and investigating to determine whether or not there was fraud in the actual sense
That could be documented.
Well, the person that I have read is most, I mean, this is investigation.
This would be in the criminal context as opposed to civil.
And so I think that the U.S.
attorney in California, who's a former state legislator, his last name I can't pronounce.
Yes.
You know, he was in the state legislature.
And he's now the Trump first assistant U.S.
attorney.
And I'm not really sure, Middle District of California.
