A federal law that requires verification of identity and residency before somebody's added to the voter rolls.
Well, they've got to put it on.
They've got to keep adding it to bills.
They just need to add it to every bill.
They've got to stop giving the Democrats earmarks and money and pet projects.
The Republicans just hand all this stuff to the Democrats and then say, why won't they come to the table?
