Only the Attorney General can prosecute that.
Then Tina Peters could be brought out of jail to testify.

Well, Tulsi Gabbard, as the director of national intelligence, has a responsibility to identify whether there are foreign adversaries interfering in the United States and our processes and our government, et cetera.
And that's what she's been doing.
And she was present at the president's request, as I understand it, in Fulton County during the FBI's raid to seize all of the election materials that...
Fulton County has been hiding for five years.
And that is perfectly appropriate for her to be involved in that, to be able to understand whether or not, and she's been investigating, I'm anxious for her to please issue her report.

And she has said twice publicly now, and I think that this report, if it ever gets published, will go into more detail about the threats to our election infrastructure by our foreign adversaries.
And we know that Iran has already, we know for a fact that it has accessed illegally some of our state's voter registration databases.
At that point, it is then the responsibility of Kristi Noem as the Secretary of Homeland Security to then come in and help to mitigate and establish procedures and protocols to mitigate against that threat and all of those threats.
