And it's still there's still other cases pending.
It this was a technicality and all that stuff.
That's accurate.
And so we we need to not cross the line into
Overreacting and saying that a thing has been done that has not quite actually been done.
But the flip side is that we can't also be underreact.
We can't also act like that this is not like we don't know what the intention of this court is.
Like we don't know that they're dragging the very nature of them dragging us out is a part of the problem.
Cause just as in contrast to them now saying, Oh, you know what, it's too soon.
For there to be an injunction because, you know, there's not a final rule and there's still time left, right?
But then in a in a week, in two weeks, what their response likely will be is, you know what?
Um, either they're gonna say it's okay for the government to do this, or they'll say, you know what, it's wrong for them to do this, but oh shucks, it's too late now.
Like we're too close to the election.
So the government's already started in.
Implementing this this ban and these policies.
And there's nothing that we can do, even though that's literally what they did.
Keep in mind with some of the gerrymandering cases a couple of years ago when they they stretched out the um decisions in Alabama and Louisiana, and then ultimately said, you know what, this was in 2022.
They said, you know what?
Yeah, you know what, these maps, they are actually gerrymandered and unconstitutional, but are
Oh, shucks.
