And of course, now we're in a situation where where the voting rights act has been further gully.
They play with the calendar to meet their ultimate objectives.
And that's exactly what's taking place right now.
Yeah, just real quick, um, on the on the on the the math and the strategy of like how to respond.
I don't even want to go into the the the the Jeffree stuff, um, because I've on occasion criticized him.
Uh but
I do agree that right now the focus has got to be on how we get our folks out to vote.
And also in addition to that, you know, because I agree with everything Monique said about how we got us and we, you know, we need to do the work to get the turnout.
But I think the other part of what we need to be talking about is not just the efforts that need to go into mobilizing people to vote, but the efforts that we need to be putting into how do we mobilize to recruit.
Pull workers, how do we mobilize to recruit poll observers and poll monitors?
Because that that organizing to protect the vote, to enforce the results, is going to be just as important as the mobilizing to get the vote out.
But the the the last thing I just wanted to add on like the math of like how we do that.
Um, because I don't want people to forget about and and I don't want to take it as a given that they have a plus eight advantage in terms.
Terms of redistricting because some of those some of those districts that they did are still like in battle, right?
They're not the same as these swing districts that a lot of people like to talk about.
But like the Tennessee districts that they remember they split up Memphis into three um and diluted black voters across those districts.
