I think, we don't know exactly, but we have one clear indication, which was that while Hammerson's development was based on retail and offices, it had some houses as well.

But it is obviously going to be redeveloped as well in a way that hasn't been specified, but more likely to... That's a huge site.

If we think of that perhaps as more a cultural stroke office development with some retail and then more housing being involved in the Carlton, the former Carlton site, you have kind of a plan for something, I guess, that could be quite exciting, even though it's going to take some time to... unclear i guess i mean the guess at the point that ti have bought this and the state has taken it on suggests that significant amount of public funds are going to go into it but obviously there's land there that uh the spv isn't going to need for housing
