I don't know.
There's been warnings now for 10 years and the number has kept going up.
You'd hope so at this stage, wouldn't you?
Once we don't have another crash.
Because we remember when the last crash happened, everything was cancelled.
Everything stopped.
Metrolink was cancelled.
And that was a big mistake.
Our Metro was called, back then, all kinds of stuff was cancelled.
And we were even worse
years afterwards when nothing happened because the state had no money and there was a whole mindset of saving money rather than investing.
So, yeah, let's hope we can keep on some kind of even keel in that in 10 years' time there will be a better looking O'Connell Street and with people living there, wouldn't it be fantastic?

Well, my memory of my guest having covered economics since the late 1980s, which was the time that he took over
at the Federal Reserve Board was that he was, for those, whatever it was, 18 years, maybe the big name in international economics and finance.
I know it's often said that the markets hang on someone's every word, but in the case of Greenspan, I think that was correct, and it was proved.
He coined phrases such as irrational exuberance, which
went into the popular lexicon, I suppose you could say.
And the 20 years or the 80 and a half years that he was in charge of the Fed were years of, I suppose you could say almost plenty in the American economy, certainly strong years of growth, inflation generally under control, unemployment falling to a low level.
