Is there a case for them to do that now or are they better to just stick and hold?

Interest rates are going to go up.

There is a case for them to look at fixing.

Because there's good fixed rate offers in the market.

So then moving on, I suppose, to the next group of borrowers, those currently on fixed rates.

So obviously, by definition, someone on a fixed rate is not going to move, but there will be people coming towards the end of their term, I guess.

And some of them would have locked in at pretty attractive rates.

So no matter what happens, they're going to be facing a bit of a hike.

Is that correct?

Locked in for three, four, five years.

And there are better, there are some offers now in the market for longer term.

Yeah, that's amazing.

So say the person coming to say their fixed rate ends later this year or next year, maybe.

Is there anything they can do now?

So it's worth those people investigating their options now?

And it's fair to say a lot of them would have locked in

In the really low interest rate period, the people who are rolling off now, so what would they be on?
