Is there any disadvantage in terms of the terms of the loan when you lock in?

You know, making additional repayments, for example?

So you might be able to clear it at 60 or 65.

I presume.

Yeah.

the length of the mortgage and that pension issue is particularly important now because people are buying houses later and mortgages are stretching out because of the cost of houses.

Final question to you, Michael.

Do you think this, OK, we may be looking at two, three interest rates increases this year.

Is it enough to take the steam out of the Irish market?

Are we still in a kind of a supply-demand balance that is going to keep prices going up?

Let's hope we're not back in a kind of 2022 situation when they went up.
