But when you were playing with the U.S.
men's national team, we had like our identity was scrappy underdog plucky.
We're going to fight.

And Pochettino seems to have instilled more of, like you said, the high press and a different brand.
Do you think we're built to play that brand?
Because it just didn't look like it against a tight European team.
I mean, I think so.
I think there's a way that you can still be scrappy in terms of how you high press.
And then if teams are playing through that, then you adjust to where that line of press is initiated.
Still, at the end of the day, you have to figure out ways to create chances for yourself.
I would compare it to fighting, right?
If you're swinging for the fences and someone gets you good one time, you sit back a little bit and you start being more on the counter and being more strategic in how you throw.

And I just feel like it was a situation where we had too many guys not be on on the same day.
Where if you looked at the other games, it seemed like everybody was up for it.
And it's like, when you get punched in the mouth, how do you recover?
