You know, the amount of goals that he scored and assists he scored and how he carried his country on his back is truly impressive.
And he's one of those guys that because of the way in which he plays, it's almost like seems like he can play forever.
So impressive.
I don't know in terms of how much longer he has, but man, I really enjoyed watching him, watching Cristiano Ronaldo, some of the greats play and be able to play alongside him.
It was an honor.
And yeah, I continue to be impressed by what I see from both of them in terms of their longevity and how well that they keep playing at the highest level.
Yeah, I think it is.
I think it's a mix of things.
You're seeing MLS teams have academies where they're paying for everything.
And if you're good enough to be on the team, you're good enough to be on the team.
The only issue is there's not enough because of how big the U.S.
There's so many cities that players don't really have that opportunity, right?
And maybe you have to pay to have a coach that wants to come out there and coach you on the field.
But what I would like to see
I would like to see more of ECNL and MLS next teams playing against each other more often.
I don't think they should be segregated.
Why not play?
If the best teams are in your backyard, play against the best teams.
Don't be afraid of one team going to another team and all that.
I think there should be promotion and relegation in our club football in terms of you have to play your way into a league.
