So hopefully he looks at this as objectively as you possibly can and makes an unemotional decision that ideally gives you the best chance to win that may not be good enough at the end of the day with either guy.

We've seen guys who everybody completely written off who had talent and ability that suddenly have a second act that's like, wow, that's amazing.

Unfortunately, ownership will sometimes stick their finger on the scale one way or the other.

Hopefully, though, when you hire a new head coach, you let him do the things that he thinks are right.
