And we think that's really important.
It allows us to just have better quality because we only have the best people that we're hiring.
We don't have to hire thousands of people to support hundreds of thousands or millions of Americans with Medicare.
So we automate a lot of our licensing and our sort of internal operations there.

I think one thing I've learned just starting a business from scratch is the people you have around you are the most important indicator of whether the organization will be successful.
And going from a massive organization like CNN, a massive organization I used to work at, a large software company, to starting your own business, it's challenging, but it's also so rewarding to be able to choose those specific people and really build the culture you want to build.

And I think it has another benefit that people don't often think about, which is when the principal, you and your organization, me and my organization, when we are closer to the actual problems to the end users, you know, chapter's not perfect.
We go to immense efforts to be as strong a product as possible.
We're always getting better.
But when there are issues, I am personally involved in solving them.
And I think if you have a thousand, 10,000 person company, it's very hard for the principal to do that.

I worked at Palantir from about 2013 to 2020.
