We have a full what we call our member advocate team, which helps people find doctors who are in network, get lower price prescriptions, appeal bills and claims, understand their Medicare benefits, and really just answer any question they.

Our our job is really to be the layer between them and the insurance carrier because frankly insurance carriers aren't that much fun to deal with.

Uh, the individual for our services, the way we earn revenue and build a business is we do earn revenue from the insurance carrier, like other Medicare advisors.

But one of the many things that's unique about our model is we blind all of that information from our team and our team's compensation doesn't vary.

So what that means is we will still enroll you in a Medicare plan, even if we earn nothing on that plan.

Um, and our and the amount we pay our Medicare advisors does not vary.

it actually varies a lot based on month because different plans commissionable or non commissionable, we get more contracts with more plans.

But between sixty and ninety percent of uh ple people we support, we earn revenue on, depending on the month.
