Every Medicare advisor in the country has to go through the same test.
Um it's a standardized test to get think of it as like a real estate license.
Um it's a credential you have to get.
Again, it's not a particularly high bar.
Um for chapter, we set up our own training program which covers
Not only the basics, but all the edge cases to make sure people are getting the best guidance.
Our philosophy around Medicare, which is unique, most Medicare advisors really prioritize Medicare Advantage, largely because that pays a higher commission.
We don't do that.
We do what's right for the individual.
And on net, we we tend to support more people into Medicare supplement because we think it's the correct move.
For people, even if it's not the best for our revenue, but we don't care.
And then we set up a lot of training on our technology because the way that our Medicare advisors get the most up-to-date data is via our technology platform that we've built.
