Slowness, uh, and and there are trade-offs.

And, you know, in in most cases, I think it is correct that this is how it works.

Of course, I wish the government were more efficient in a lot of ways.

I wish they had better technology, trying to help them get better technology in a lot of ways, but uh I I don't think that will I don't think the government will magically in Medicare or any regime just wake up and have, you know, 10x better technology tomorrow.

It's just unfortunately not going to happen.

Yeah.

So when people have Medicare questions, when they're figuring out if they need to sign up, when to sign up, how to sign up, uh, they give us a call.

Um, they can uh schedule a time via our website and get an appointment or uh they can just Is it always

Um, it is always a human being interacting with the uh with the customer directly.

Um on occasion, we will use um different AI to help scheduling or to help with admin tasks or uh to help get an answer faster.

But for the core sort of I have questions about Medicare and I need to sign up for a plan, that is always a human being.

Um and

There are actually times when we could be automating that away, but we've decided not to.

Um, we build a lot of AI and we use a lot of technology um that's facing our team internally so that our licensed Medicare advisors have the best information at their fingertips and know what's going on.

But we think it's really important to have a relationship with the end user.

And the reality is most people want to talk to a human, um, especially seniors.

I think most Americans do, but

Particularly seniors.

Uh there are a number of different um regulatory steps you have to go through.

So you have to be licensed at the federal level.
