And
Uh so in a lot of ways we don't really have competition today.
Um at least in in our core sort of what we do, which which is strange.
Um it's what do
There's there's a number of different aspects.
And obviously I didn't I wasn't there.
So it's it's all but but but my my my hypothesis is is there were two things.
One is it's a very hard business to execute well.
Um it's it's just very hard from a data perspective, from an insurance carrier relations perspective, from a user acquisition perspective.
It's very hard to execute.
And so execution is one component.
And then the other component is
Because my background in in data and technology, I think I understand the value of having accurate data and how much that affects people's interaction with the company.
Most of these other companies really just tried to make the user interface a little bit better without fixing the underlying data challenges and the underlying incentive challenges.
So I think um I think we solved a lot of the actual foundational issues that other people either weren't aware of or couldn't solve.
It's really hard to come up with a perfect healthcare system for the US.
Other countries have, in many ways, more effective healthcare systems, but it's largely because they're much more homogeneous.
They're much smaller.
Uh, their health and hum homogeneity matters when you're dealing with healthcare because there are genetic uh correlations that affect the type of care people need.
