Here to shed some light is investigative journalist Paul Holden, who's become a, I guess you're a kind of unofficial biographer of McSweeney.

His book, The Fraud, dramatically exposed his influence on British politics and claimed that undisclosed donations and dirty tricks delivered Starmer to power.

I'm going to try and summarise.

Morgan McSweeney, he's a young man.

Like many of us when we were young, he had a data entry job.

I did mine for a recruitment consultant.

He did his for the Prince of Darkness.

From there, he kind of... I still don't fully understand why he's interested in the Labour Party.

I don't know if it's just like...

a sort of desire to be part of power.
