Got me on this diet and honestly, I don't know how I played last year without the new system that they got me here.
I put on weight really fast and then started feeling better.
I was going to the toilet less and had more energy and yeah, everything just started to kick off a little bit better.

I try and bring myself back to the times, I guess, to stay grounded and whatnot, but I haven't.
my dad and and all that remind me of the journey that i've been on but for some reason when the week comes i just focus on what i my job and and it's probably a good idea to go back and reflect and i guess about because man it's it's been a long obviously a long journey but at the same time i'm just so happy that i'm i'm getting i'm past that period now if that makes sense
