Tigers I think have hovered closer like 83% stolen base success rate, which almost makes me wonder, well, could you go a little bit more?

They really haven't done that.

So we'll see.

Whereas aggression on the base path, they view as something different.

They view as good secondary leads, good jumps, good reads, trusting Joey Cora, the third base coach who's always waving his arm.

And every now and then they'll make an out.

But man, it sure seems like their success rate is really high, especially going first to third.

But even

second to home or first to home it's something that they've worked really hard at that they are really fearless at um it is funny to contrast it to like station to station though because you're not you're not stealing bases otherwise uh but yeah kind of two separate skills is how the tigers view it

Well, from afar, to be honest, I'm really surprised to see the Blue Jays doing what they were doing.

You know, we all know kind of the story of their offseason seeming like they could try for anyone who would come there and missed on some big fish.

And they got Anthony Santander, who is not a free agent I loved and who hasn't really been a prime performer in Toronto yet.

And I was like, okay, is this thing going to work?

Are we really holding on to this?

Are the Blue Jays just opposed to doing a rebuild when maybe that's necessary?

And it's almost like the front office knew something I didn't because look at the Blue Jays now.

They're in first place.

They have played really well.

They've strung it together in some different ways.

I think a little more of a deeper roster than people, myself included, would have given them credit for.
