You know, we've had Dave Jackson on our show.

You know, he goes on ESPN and is a rules analyst, and people really get after him and are really critical of him, but...

Like at the end of the day, these guys are just, they're competitors too.

They're good, solid hockey guys.

They're people that you'd love to go drink beers with.

They've got stories beyond stories.

So I just always went out of my way to, for the most part, when I was playing, different as a coach, I'll be honest with you, I'm not, I had a very difficult time with the officials this past season, you know, coaching junior hockey.

And part of it was because I just felt like there was not any respect being given to the coaches or the players.

And I'm like, this isn't how it's supposed to work.

There's supposed to be a healthy competitive respect between both parties.

So I think that's really smart of Caleb Malhotra.

I love to hear it.

I can't wait to see him wearing the jersey that's over my right shoulder here next year.

um the nice old double striped red bu jersey but you know i i do agree with you second generation type of guy i certainly never would have had the idea or the thought to do something like that you know you mentioned dave jackson he um every time i talk to dave i get my eyes opened about something about me too i learned something new every time you know what it was this year for me with dave

contrary to popular belief they want to finish a game and have nobody know that they actually did the game bingo really i mean i mean i've i've had run into these guys like i've seen them at bars restaurants especially um you know there's been tragedy in the hockey world and everybody's close with everybody and so you get to drink beers with these guys and be around these guys and and

It's not their MO.
