And we, I'm at home over the next day or so.
And I noticed next to Donatello's in Granite Broward, there was a derelict building and it had been a hairdresser's in the past called Stiles.
Sorry, I called it Stiles.
It was a hairdresser's in the past.
I contacted the landlord.
Somebody else was interested.
I said, look, if I get a deposit to you today,
yeah if you're here today and he's not so I got that the salon did even though I knew nothing about it nothing about it the salon did okay got a few quid together I was telling you earlier on that bars were going down so I'm gone out of the pub for a year at this stage the pub went worse it didn't get better without me no I'm not saying that's because I was gone it was the market the economy but the top of the hill was on its knees the opportunity came up to lease the top of the hill
I'm rushing here because I don't want to forget where I'm going with this.
We're talking about losses still.
Then when I took the lease to the top of the hill, I took a salon in Farnery, which is still there to this day.
Julie Goldsmith runs it.
She's doing a fantastic job.
Styles 2, that's called.

And I said...
This is probably my time now to do something big.
You know, I was looking at the Singletons and they had two Centras and a Super Value and I'm still Mickey Mouse, you know.
So I said, I've got to take a big risk.
So I started looking for premises, maybe 2,000 square foot convenience stores.
