And I found one in Ballyvalen and I went up to visit the site numerous times and I couldn't, I was blown away like how many cars were passing the door on a daily basis.

On paper, it really should have worked.
So I went down the road with Musgraves.
We put a shop in there.
What I didn't know, and I should have done more research, what I didn't know is that five or six shops were there in the past, well-run shops, and they had failed.

We were in the bear.
Life's too short.

Might as well pull the plug now.
