So it is going to be hard to sell.

I think also the lack of living, the one-off cost of living payments, that's not going to be there next year.

Look, if there's any silver linings at all to sell, it will be around things, small things such as mortgage interest relief.

It's likely to be extended for another two years.

And again, things like the VAT rate on gas and electricity is going to remain at about 9%.

And again, hopefully that will help as we certainly move into the winter months with the cost of living.

There's always that possibility.

Typically, of late, there hasn't been, particularly with the recent budgets, simply because things are so well signposted.

So I'm not really expecting anything that we wouldn't have already heard of.

But at the same time, you never know.

And fingers crossed.
