And if I was walking along a corridor and he was walking on the other way, he would just stare at me.

My mother's eyes were sort of gray and my father's were blue, but mine were completely different.
You know, I did really feel, it was a joke at the beginning, that I was on my way to Buckingham Palace and I just got dropped in a Scorthy by accident and I would just have to put up with it.
And I would, you know, it was sort of grandeur.
I liked things that were nice.
And I was ashamed of our car, which was a Morris Minor.
I wanted us to get a bigger car.
And my mother would just say, well, there you are again.
You know, um, years later, I told her that that was in Freud.
Um, and she said, it was that good or bad.
And I said, it's always bad.
If your parents say that to you and you grew up thinking that, that you, um, really were destined for elsewhere.
