Yeah, it was pretty special coming into a locker room with them.

I feel like my personality, it's easy to come into a room and joke around or just get to know people.

I'm a pretty open guy.

It was awesome to get to talk to them.

Obviously, it's a privilege to watch them each night and learn from them.

I wouldn't really want to give away any secrets, but it was awesome to watch them.

Yeah, I'm excited.

I've met him a few times, had a couple phone calls.

I'm really looking forward to getting going.

And I think my game, the work ethic side of it and the competing, I'm going to bring that into camp and show him

that I'm going to be trusted and want to be trusted and kind of get that confidence from them.

Yeah, I mean, obviously looking forward to seeing the guys, getting things going, being back in the locker room.

Those are the best times of years when you're winning and just kind of get to hang out with them.

And obviously when you're battling on the ice and you win, it's pretty awesome.

So that's going to be probably the biggest thing I'm looking forward to.

But, you know, like I said, just coming in there and showing that I can be trusted in a lot of different areas of the game.

And I think that's something that we've worked on a little bit this summer is maybe more of the defensive side and being better with sticks, you know, battles, face offs, everything like that.

And just kind of.

No, kind of just taking it pretty easy, a few golfing things here, go up to the lake quite a bit, kind of just hanging with friends and family because once the season starts, it's not always the easiest thing to do that.

So I'm kind of really looking forward to it, but also really excited to get into camp.
