I have to create my environment in a way that's gonna benefit that.

So I used to train five days a week with like a set routine.

Um, it never changes.

Um it's normally bench, squat and then an accessory day and then

deadlift and an accessory day.

That's what it used to be like uh like a couple a mu couple of months ago.

And now it's

still bench squat and then it's either a break or an accessory day.

It'll probably be an accessory date when I start pr the program again.

So it'll be an upper body accessory day, a break, and then delves.

And then that doesn't change.

Yeah.

Just once.

Just once a week.

Yeah.

And bench once a week as well.

Especially the bench press part because I know that some people they like to they like to bench press like

Two or three times a week.
