It looks to me like Iran is being lost.

It looks to me like Russia is being lost.

So we've got a consistency in terms of capacity to think and act strategically.

I think this isn't just, though, about the politicians.

I think it's also about senior military officers, about senior diplomats, about senior intelligence officers.
