I need to get through the next week.
It's not, it was never, that was never like forecasting and, you know,
forecasting was a banned word for so long.
Really?
CFO will hate that, but I didn't want to see a forecast because one single thing fucks that forecast up.
Do we buy too much stock, which we have done in the past, because we've looked at the forecast, whereas if we just take it day by day,
we can work a lot better to know when that forecast is obviously put in place to help your managed managed funds.
Do you know, do we need to lend, you know, do we not need to lend?
But when we did that, we ended up, we bought far, far too much stock because, you know, and for one way or another, it puts in a really bad place because we tried to do the normal thing.
Okay.
So how do you, what's your thought?
What's your philosophy then?
Philosophy, we always try and go against the grain to know whether that's if...
So take CAC, for example.
So CAC, cost to acquire a customer.
For us, for years using different agencies, it was always, right, well, how do we get CAC lower?
How do we get CAC lower?
Whereas when we flipped it and said, right, well, if CAC currently is 18 quid, how do we cope at 23 pounds, 24 pounds, 25 pounds to acquire a customer?
How do we get there?
Not how much more do we have to put into creatives to try and get CAC down.
