Every agency says, oh, we'll slash your CAC in half in 50 days, 30 days.
Why?
Why not add more products?

Why not expand into different categories?
Because now you can all of a sudden shrug off 25 quid CAC, whereas other companies are struggling at 18 quid.
you know time but time goes by it's now 20 quid whereas they're changing they're charging the same amount for the product there's competitors in that space now and they're trying to get it under 15 but they can't cope at 18 whereas we're trying to be able to say right well how do we get to 25 how can we acquire a customer for the most amount how can we cope to acquire a customer for the most amount of money possible not how little can we acquire them for so it's going from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset

And when we started thinking like that, everything else obviously becomes a lot easier because you don't have a team of five people doing copywriting on your website.
Right.
So you move away from that to just testing really, really quickly on different messaging, different LVs, different price points, but you've still saved them wages.
So now all of a sudden,
You can't already cope at a £22, £23 CAC, but you've hired them five people to try and get CAC down to 15 quid.

So it's... It's a false economy, yeah.
False economy is right.
