I also remember when they went up in the playoffs in the Championship with Southampton, I'm sure right at the start of that scene, he conceded five against Sunderland, he conceded four against our Leicester team at St Mary's.
He was conceding goals and he still ended up going up in the playoffs.
Now, I'm not saying it's the right way to go or the wrong way to go, but I go back to what I was saying about it being a process with Russell Mann.
