We thought of Arsenal last year as being a physical side.
They were bigger, stronger.
We all spoke about set plays.
And I just think now the fluidity between everybody, where Odegaard picks up the ball, the position Cagliari is finding himself in is unbelievable.
He's playing as a 10.
And I know he's played there previously where he finds himself in that position.
We've seen Ben White occupying that position the other day in one of the games as well.
The fluidity between them all now looks like he's improved on it during the summer.
And that's what I believe top managers do.
They make players better.
It's not just about the players you bring in.
It's about making the players over there better.
Is that a
not a stupid question, but it just shows to me the belief they have in the manager because he must work on that every single day.
So I've seen a lot of Declan Rice dropping between the two centre-backs to get on the ball.
Odegaard being in front, Calafiori going in as a 10, Ben White going in as a 10, Havertz being on the last line.
And that's worked on, but it's full belief.
from the players to the manager that they've got in him.
So that's where I go back to the work he must put in on the training pitch to make them players better.
We're talking about a team, by the way, who won the Premier League last year and done what they've done and how well they played.
