I think I've mentioned that on this podcast before.

This idea is what... And a big part of our healing journey is...

is really just becoming a person who doesn't give a fuck.

Now, the reality is, I don't think there are many people like that in this world.

I really don't think we have many people in this world who are completely unmasked.

I think, if anything, it would be a little unnerving to meet someone who's completely unmasked.

But the more we can move towards that, and I think in a few generations we will all be completely unmasked,

By unmasked, I simply mean we're not performing anymore.

We're not trying to fit in.

The concept of fitting in has died a death.

But the more you can kind of move to that now, the more you can be this sort of person who just is very comfortable

in maintaining their own comfort rather than performing for others the more we can do that i think the happier you become in this world and ultimately you also enter into this whole new level of safety i had an experience there where i was i met a friend and his wife the other week and um my my friend we were just there we were just chatting and my friend says

started to talk about uh Zelensky you know the Ukrainian prime minister guy and um I I have no interest in talking about politics let alone war but he started to talk about this and I hadn't seen him in a while so I said okay let me let me just join him in this conversation and then his wife interrupted and said please if you're going to talk about war I'm just going to go now

And so we stopped talking about Warren.

And I thought, wow, what a wonderful instruction that she just gave.

She really wasn't worried about fitting in.

She simply expressed a request and she let us know her availability, her capacity.

And this is really the antidote to fitting in.

It's just this sort of becoming aware
