So what I notice...
about this, this urgency and this Barcelona thing was I just didn't have an answer.
I didn't have an answer in my body.
My mind could come up with an answer in a second.
My mind would come up with all sorts of answers because that's what your mind is trained to do.
Your mind is trained to come up with answers, but they're not going to be the right answer.
The mind is all about fitting in.
The mind is all about strategies.
The mind is basically your safety mechanism.
You know what I mean?
Sometimes I use Claude, and I set Claude up.
I go back into the back end of Claude, and I put in a prompt that Claude should only give me harsh feedback, you know, that it should push back against my ideas.
And I'll forget that I put in this prompt.
And after a while, I'll be like, what the fuck is wrong with Claude?
Why has Claude been such a fucking dick all the time?
Whereas Claude used to have all this encouragement.
