Many living around you right now are stepping into this new wave of authenticity.

And this new wave of authenticity is really just based on your capacity.

Relationships too are all going to be based on your capacity.

You know, like my partner sometimes, she knows, she'll invite me to things and I'll say yes.

And if on the day I don't have capacity,

I can't do it.

You know?

There's just things that I can and cannot do.

And my capacity determines those things.

I had a situation the other week where I was invited to go over to Barcelona.

And the person needed an answer that day.

And I said, OK, let me feel into it.

It's such 2026 language.

I think I would never have the courage to say I'm going to feel into it even four years ago, maybe even three years ago.

I would have felt compelled to express an answer in the moment.

Now, I don't respond to any urgency.

If I get a sense of urgency from the other person, for me that's an immediate, no, I have to wait.

I don't like to move in urgency.

It makes me feel sick in my body.

I think I've always been this way, but it's only recently that I've had the courage and perhaps the sort of the relationship with my own body to behave in this way, to respect myself.
